HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Simply, visit our track your order page and enter your order number (without the # sign) and the email address you entered at time of checkout. HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
On each product page we estimate the shipping delivery time frame ( excluding weekends and holidays ). For in stock products, orders typically ship within 24 hours. For products that ship directly from the manufacturer products can take anywhere from 7-10 days to ship. Please refer to the particular product page in question for the shipping delivery time frame.
DO YOU STOCK PRODUCTS?
Yes we do! However, not all of the products available on our website are stockable items. Many ship directly from the manufacturer and many are custom made at time of order. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding whether an item is in stock or not.
DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG YOU CAN MAIL TO ME?
At this time, we do not have a printable catalog that we mail out to customers.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do. We can ship most items internationally, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Our flat rate international shipping charge is $8.00.

No we do not accept checks as a form of payment.

No, we are a luxury cat boutique that only sells cat products and cat themed gift and home decor.
