Our Return & Exchange Policy

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We do offer refunds as well as exchanges/store credits within 30 day of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. To initiate a return, please notify us within 30 days of purchase date, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization # and detailed instructions on how to return your product. In order to qualify for a return/exchange the product needs to meet the following criteria:

  • Must be in original packaging unused.
  • All tags must be still attached.
  • Must be free of odors, stains and cat hair.
  • Must never have been washed and able to be resold.

If your item is considered returnable we will give you a store credit or size exchange only, minus any actual shipping costs.

  • clearance items
  • cat toys
  • cat bowls/feeders
  • cat treats
  • cat carriers
  • cat beds
  • cat steps
  • cat strollers
  • cat playpens
