OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We do offer refunds as well as exchanges/store credits within 30 day of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. To initiate a return, please notify us within 30 days of purchase date, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization # and detailed instructions on how to return your product. In order to qualify for a return/exchange the product needs to meet the following criteria:
- Must be in original packaging unused.
- All tags must be still attached.
- Must be free of odors, stains and cat hair.
- Must never have been washed and able to be resold.
If your item is considered returnable we will give you a store credit or size exchange only, minus any actual shipping costs.

- clearance items

- cat bowls/feeders
- cat treats
- cat carriers
- cat beds
- cat steps
